Class of 1962 — 55^th Reunion

May 5-6, 2017

The reunion committee is happy to announce that our 55^th reunion will be at the SpringHill Suites, 5169 Garth Road, Baytown on May 5-6, 2017.

We have a block of rooms reserved at a special price. The room rate is $99 for king suites, and $109 for double queen suites, plus 17% city and state tax per night, with a hot buffet breakfast included.  They will hold the room with a major credit card.  Reservations can be canceled by 11:59 pm on the day prior to the arrival.  If the reservation is not cancelled, the credit card provided to guarantee the reservations will be billed for the first nights room and tax.  The discounted room block will be held until April 14, 2017.   All reservations after that date are subject to availability at the current rate at that time, which will probably be higher.   We have a limited number of rooms, so I encourage you to make your reservations now.

There will be a designated RE Lee Class of ‘62 registration/hospitality room near the hotel lobby area where you will pick up your name tags. Your name tags will be your credentials for Friday night’s open house event, and for the Saturday night reunion buffet and celebration in the banquet room.

Friday afternoon and evening we will gather in the Reunion Hospitality Room as well as the hotel bar and lobby area (all are nearby on the ground level).  Please wear your name tag.

Saturday Night at 6 pm, we will meet in the SpringHill Suites Banquet Room for our Reunion Celebration and buffet.  We have the room until 11 PM.  Our DJ will provide great music for easy listening and dancing with cash bars available from 6PM to 11PM.  Please wear your name tag.

We encourage you to bring your “show off vehicle” (classic car, motorcycle or anything extra special) to share with Classmates.  Please call Duke Waldrop (863-206-8783) and let him know, so we can plan for adequate parking.
